Martha Brass

CEO of International Operations

Martha Brass is CEO of International Operations for Endemol Shine Group.

Martha was appointed to the role for the newly launched Endemol Shine Group in December 2014. In this role Martha oversees companies in France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Australia, India, China, South-East Asia, Latin America and Israel.

Martha’s previous role was Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for Endemol Group’s operating companies across Australia, Latin America, Africa, Asia, Scandinavia, Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East.

She first joined Endemol in January 2009 as Deputy Chief Operating Officer before being promoted to Managing Director of International Operations in March 2010, and became Chief Operating Officer in January 2013.

Prior to joining Endemol, Martha spent four years as Executive Vice President and Head of Television for 19 Entertainment, based in both London and Los Angeles. She was responsible for managing the development, production and sales of 19’s television properties, including the worldwide phenomenon, Idols, as well as the hit series So You Think You Can Dance.

Previously Martha spent six years at FremantleMedia, where she held a number of roles including Chief Operating Officer, FremantleMedia North America; Chief Operating Officer, Southern Europe and South Africa; Commercial Director, FremantleMedia Production and Commercial & Finance Director, Fremantle International Distribution. Martha has a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and an MBA from INSEAD.
