Boudewijn Beusmans

Group Commercial Officer

Boudewijn Beusmans is Group Commercial Officer for Endemol Shine Group.

Boudewijn was appointed to the role in December 2014 and his responsibilities include overseeing distribution and legal affairs.

In 2011 Boudewijn became Global Head of Legal & Corporate Secretary at Endemol Group and went on to become Chief Legal and Business Affairs Officer. In this capacity he oversaw the group’s legal affairs, being responsible for the group’s legal and compliance matters.

Boudewijn worked as a lawyer with a large Dutch firm prior to joining Endemol in 2005, where he was appointed Corporate Secretary four years later and became responsible for all corporate legal matters.
