Your key responsibilities will include:

Bibles hold all the information on how a show is made. As formats roll-out internationally, the bibles need creating, reformatting and updating. You will have responsibility for certain shows, ensuring that the bibles are created, and are kept complete and up to date.
• Ad-hoc Research for projects as directed by the International Production Team – E.g. for events or specific meetings or in response to demands from international productions. This could be anything from researching food trends, or researching the health specifications of a certain brand of dog collar!
• Assisting International Production Team with materials ahead of key sales markets (MIP)

We hold several production events throughout the year to share information on how to produce our formats. These events are with senior level producers from all over the world and range from Creative Gatherings with all the Group companies, to Consultancy Days focusing on particular formats. • Downloading and Saving Episodes & other materials
You will be responsible for overseeing the downloading and saving episodes from all international productions of your shows, which are sent to us on a daily basis. We receive these episodes electronically from FTPs and or sites like wetransfer.
• Managing Runners/Interns/Junior Researchers with Encodi Uploads
When these international episodes are downloaded, you will be responsible for managing those helping us to upload all of the content we receive onto a site called Encodi, which is essentially Shine’s “YouTube”.
• Transcribing
When we hold events or go on consultancy trips, there is often recorded footage that needs to be transcribed. You will be responsible for overseeing the transcription of footage into documents and incorporating it in to the bible and consultancy materials.
