New Endemol Shine Nordics Roles Announced

Endemol Shine Group today announced a series of promotions and additional broader group responsibilities within the Endemol Shine Nordics senior team encompassing operational, commercial and creative areas.
Bertil Rosenlund is promoted from Chief Financial Officer to Chief Operating Officer of Endemol Shine Nordics, adding responsibility for the implementation of the region’s overall strategy to his existing role.
Victoria Kjellberg becomes Chief Commercial Officer, Endemol Shine Nordics, promoted from her current position as Senior Legal Counsel, reporting to Rosenlund.
A new role of Creative Chairman, Non-Scripted, Endemol Shine Nordics is also created with a brief to help co-ordinate and accelerate formats travelling within the Nordics and globally. The role will rotate between the heads of production companies within the region on an annual basis and undertaken in addition to their existing company leaderships. The first chair will be Rubicon TV CEO, Pål Kruke Kristiansen.
Collectively, the roles cover Gary Carter responsibilities within the Nordic region. It was previously announced that Carter is to leave his role as co-CEO, International Operations Endemol Shine Group and does so next month.
Furthermore, MD Filmlance Lars Blomgren is to adopt an additional Endemol Shine Group role within the international scripted field. As Chairman, Scripted Exchange, Blomgren will aim to encourage collaboration across scripted producers, territories and formats within Endemol Shine group working with President, Endemol Shine Group Tim Hincks.

Endemol Shine Nordics was formed earlier this year and incorporates Group companies in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland including Meter Television, STO-CPH Produktion, Filmlance International, Friday TV, Mag5 Content, Rubicon TV, Metronome Spartacus, Metronome Productions, Endemol Sweden and Shine Finland.
